TECER uses its own and third-party cookies. The former are necessary for the proper functioning and visualization of the portal by the user. In addition, the site uses the analytics of the Google Analytics tool in accordance with its service provision policy.

Antonio Chas Aguión and Montserrat Ribao Pereira, editors of the Library and authors of its contents, are owners of the Intellectual Property rights of the contents of the BIBLIOTECA DIGITAL TECER, unless they indicate different ownership. The University of Vigo is the owner of the Intellectual Property rights of the website, the database, unless they indicate different ownership.

The contents of this site are offered under a Creative Commons license. You are free to share, copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format under the following conditions:
• Attribution You must properly acknowledge authorship and indicate if changes have been made in such a way that it is in no way suggested that you have endorsement from the licensor or you receive it for your use.
• NonComercial. You may not use the material for a commercial purpose.
• NoDerivatives. If you remix, transform, or build from the material, you cannot broadcast the modified material.

The contents of the web and the database may be used for educational and research purposes, never commercial or advertising, without prejudice to the rights and limitations that may affect the contents hosted in the database of which the University of Vigo is not the owner. In the case of links to third parties, access to them commits users to respect the particular terms and conditions of each of them.
